REFUND POLICY

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that all accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you. Damaged or incorrect item claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products (special orders)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a specific item is returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement. The 15% restocking fee applies to all exchanges initiated through a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 15% restocking fee.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@simnationgolf.com.
